	NLP PRACTITIONER CERTIFIED TRAINING With Jane Nash, NLP Trainer – Master Practitioner Learn over 3 weekends or As a 7 day intensive with individual tuition NLP ‘The art and science of personal excellence’ NLP Practitioner Training NLP (Neuro–Linguistic Programming) is the study of human excellence. It is an attitude and methodology that generates a range of cutting edge techniques which lead to rapid and long lasting change in your self and others. This is the ultimate communication training programme that works with how you communicate with others and even more importantly how you communicate with yourself on the inside! This NLP Practitioner is unique in that it is accredited by the NCFE to NVQ equivalent level 3. This programme is led by Jane Nash a Master Practitioner and Trainer who originally trained with The institute of Advance Human Communication in Sydney, AU and has been trained by and operates as a satellite training centre for the East Anglian Institute of NLP & Hypnosis. The training is a life changing course open to anyone with an open mind who wants to learn some of the state-of-the-art psychological techniques for their own personal development, as well as for those wanting to positively influence others to making change whether it be in a therapy, business or coaching environment. Learn to: * Build and maintain rapport – to enhance personal and professional relationships * Generate well formed goals and motivate yourself and others to achieve them * Access positive and resourceful feelings and attitudes whenever you want to * Gain the ability to utilise the process of how behaviour is created, maintained and changed for yourself and others * Eliminate unwanted behaviours quickly and with ease * Master your own emotions and run your own brain to maximise performance * Develop flexibility in your behaviour and outlook to gain a creative edge * Remove the obstacles to your success such as fears and phobias and accelerate your progress towards your goals * Be able to use language with greater precision and elegance to influence others * Use the mind power techniques of top performing people from all fields * Access the power of your unconscious mind to supercharge your development * Understand the process to making better decisions in your life The training is run over six intensive days from 9.30am until 6.00pm most days. You will be required to complete 8 written case studies, an assignment of written answers to 15 questions and a final assessment, which will include the presentation of a case study. The training is very practical with lots of opportunity to practice and hone your skills. The exercises that you participate will be observed in order to ensure that all the learning outcomes are achieved. Certification and accreditation will be based on merit not just attendance; therefore you will earn your accreditation! The modules are: Module 1 Introduction to NLP Learn the NLP model and presuppositions. Learn how to develop rapport and sensory acuity. Also begin to learn the science of NLP starting with eye accessing cues and representational systems. Module 2 The Power of the Resourceful State Access your own resourceful state and learn how to anchor positive states in yourself and others. Module 3 The Science of NLP Learn to elicit submodalities (the neurological codes of experiences) in order to use this information to generate personal change in yourself and others. Learn to define an individual’s well formed outcome to create positive long term goals. Learn about timelines and how to use them to create personal change. Elicit your own timeline and map out your own future success. Utilise perceptual positions to step into other’s viewpoints. Module 4 The language of Influence Learn how to use language to communicate more effectively. Develop the art of metaphor and storytelling to influence others indirectly. Module 5 Strategies of Change Learn how to artfully use the Meta Model to uncover the specifics that are the catalyst to change. Elicit the strategies people use and learn how to install more useful ones. Develop the skill to elicit and install strategies. Learn how to eliminate fears and phobias and reprocess negative past events. Eliminate unwanted habits using the SWISH technique. On completion of this training you can continue your development by completing do the Society of NLP Master NLP Practitioner. Full details are available on request. If you have missed the start date but would like to do it sooner than the next scheduled course, please enquire as it is possible to do certain modules on a one to one basis or weekend basis elsewhere.
