Hypnosis has long been matched with pain managment and has been proved to be able to reduce chronic pain by about 46% and for those with short term or intermittent pain, with practice, hypno-anaesthesia and hypno-analgesia are possible and welcome. The use of hypnosis in pain management often reduces a person's need or dependency on pain killing drugs.

Pain Mangement can be effected as a weekly treatment (or block book for large discount) and as part of the pain managment course you will also have the opportunity to learn self-hypnosis so that you can take control of your own pain management.
